This belongs to the Antigorio stratum but in comparison with the typical Antigorio presents a grain coarser than the quartz, feldspar and plagioclase phenocrysts, which produces a typical "serizzo gland" with a marked schistosity.
The dimensions of the felsic crystals confer a lighter colour to the stone, called also Serizzo Bianco.
